物理真空去合金法制備微米級多孔不銹鋼

【摘要】:采用真空感應(yīng)爐制備316L-50Mn初始合金,然后通過真空環(huán)境下Mn升華去合金制備多孔不銹鋼,應(yīng)用SEM、EDS和XRD等對物理真空去合金工藝方法制備的多孔不銹鋼進行分析,并研究去合金過程中溫度以及時間對孔的形成、發(fā)展以及孔的形貌的影響。結(jié)果表明,物理真空去合金工藝可以制備多孔不銹鋼,其孔隙率為30%~60%,孔徑為0.5~3μm,多孔層深度達到15~60μm。真空熱處理溫度和時間是物理真空去合金制備方法的2個關(guān)鍵因素,處理溫度主要通過影響Mn元素揮發(fā)和體擴散速率進而影響孔的形貌,而處理時間對多孔層的深度起到主要作用。
[Abstract]:The initial 316L-50Mn alloy was prepared by vacuum induction furnace, and then the porous stainless steel was prepared by mn sublimation and dealloying in vacuum. The porous stainless steel prepared by physical vacuum dealloying process was analyzed by SEMMOEDS and XRD. The effect of temperature and time on the formation, development and morphology of porous stainless steel was studied. The results showed that the porous stainless steel could be prepared by physical vacuum dealloying process. The porosity is 30 / 60, the pore diameter is 0.5 ~ 3 渭 m, the depth of porous layer is 15 ~ 60 渭 m. The vacuum heat treatment temperature and time are two key factors in the preparation of physical vacuum dealloying. The treatment temperature mainly affects the morphology of pores by affecting mn volatilization and bulk diffusion rate, and the treatment time plays a major role in the depth of porous layer.
