【摘要】：構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)和建設(shè)法治國(guó)家是中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的重要目標(biāo),也是馬克思主義與中國(guó)實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物。在建設(shè)社會(huì)主義國(guó)家的過程中,兩者缺一不可。馬克思主義辯證法認(rèn)為事物都是相互聯(lián)系的,和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建和法治國(guó)家的建設(shè)也是如此,我們運(yùn)用相互聯(lián)系的理論,發(fā)掘新的視角,在構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)中推進(jìn)法治國(guó)家的建設(shè)。本文首先對(duì)和諧社會(huì)與法治國(guó)家是什么進(jìn)行了分析闡述,從和諧社會(huì)和法治國(guó)家的基本概念和特征入手,因?yàn)閷?duì)事物本身透徹的了解是認(rèn)識(shí)兩個(gè)事物之間的關(guān)系的前提,我們必須先對(duì)和諧社會(huì)、法治國(guó)家有清晰的認(rèn)識(shí)以后,了解到他們?cè)谥袊?guó)的發(fā)展軌跡后,才能進(jìn)一步的研究和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建對(duì)法治國(guó)家建設(shè)產(chǎn)生的影響。其次,本文對(duì)和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建為什么能推進(jìn)法治國(guó)家建設(shè)進(jìn)行了分析,因?yàn)楹椭C社會(huì)構(gòu)建與法治國(guó)家建設(shè)都是在中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)之下進(jìn)行的社會(huì)主義實(shí)踐,他們具有內(nèi)在的一致性,有著共同的理論基礎(chǔ)和價(jià)值取向。還有和諧社會(huì)相對(duì)于法治國(guó)家,內(nèi)容更加的豐富,包含著社會(huì)方方面面,法治國(guó)家建設(shè)更多的則是政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的建設(shè),和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建可以彌補(bǔ)和改善法治國(guó)家建設(shè)的不足。和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建會(huì)對(duì)法治建設(shè)提出新的要求,為法治建設(shè)提供良好的發(fā)展環(huán)境,為法治運(yùn)行提供基礎(chǔ)。最后,在理解和諧社會(huì)和法治國(guó)家的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)兩者關(guān)系有一定的清晰認(rèn)識(shí)之后,分析了和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建是如何推進(jìn)法治國(guó)家建設(shè),從我國(guó)法治目前存在的不足入手,指出了和諧社會(huì)構(gòu)建對(duì)這些不足之處的彌補(bǔ)和改善,從而推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義法治國(guó)家的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:Building a harmonious socialist society and building a country ruled by law is an important goal of building socialism with Chinese characteristics and a product of the combination of Marxism and Chinese practice. In the process of building a socialist country, Both are indispensable. Marxist dialectics holds that everything is interrelated, and so is the construction of a harmonious society and a country ruled by law. In order to promote the construction of a country ruled by law in the construction of a harmonious society, this paper first analyzes and expounds what a harmonious society and a country under the rule of law are, starting with the basic concepts and characteristics of a harmonious society and a country ruled by law. Because a thorough understanding of the things themselves is the prerequisite for understanding the relationship between the two things. We must first have a clear understanding of a harmonious society and a country ruled by law, and then understand their development trajectory in China. Secondly, this paper analyzes why the construction of harmonious society can promote the construction of a country ruled by law. Because the construction of a harmonious society and the building of a country ruled by law are both socialist practices under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, and they have inherent consistency. There is a common theoretical basis and value orientation. There is also a harmonious society relative to the rule of law country, the content is more rich, including all aspects of society, the rule of law state construction is more political and economic construction, The construction of a harmonious society can make up for and improve the deficiencies of the construction of a country governed by law. The construction of a harmonious society will put forward new requirements for the construction of the rule of law, provide a good development environment for the construction of the rule of law, and provide a foundation for the operation of the rule of law. On the basis of understanding the harmonious society and the country ruled by law, and having a clear understanding of the relationship between the two, this paper analyzes how to promote the construction of the country ruled by law in the construction of the harmonious society, starting with the shortcomings of the rule of law in our country at present. The author points out that the construction of harmonious society can make up for and improve these deficiencies, so as to promote the construction of a socialist country ruled by law.
