調(diào)質(zhì)高爐熔渣噴吹法制備礦渣纖維的研究

【摘要】:采用自主設計搭建的實驗平臺,利用高速氣流噴吹的方法,進行高爐熱熔渣成纖試驗,探討熔渣成纖機理,分析影響纖維直徑及性能的因素。結(jié)果表明:采用噴吹法制備礦渣纖維,熔渣經(jīng)過液膜形成、凸起形成和凸起拉絲三個過程形成纖維;隨氣量壓力的增大,纖維直徑越細;調(diào)質(zhì)熔渣酸度系數(shù)為1.1~1.4,溫度在1 350~1 500℃制得纖維性能較好,此研究為工業(yè)擴大化生產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:By using the experimental platform designed by ourselves and the method of high speed airflow injection, the experiment of hot melt slag fiber formation in blast furnace was carried out, and the mechanism of slag forming was discussed. The factors affecting fiber diameter and properties are analyzed. The results show that the slag fiber is prepared by injection, the slag is formed by liquid film, bulge is formed and protruding wire is drawn, and the diameter of the fiber is finer with the increase of gas pressure. The acidity coefficient of quenched and tempered slag is 1. 1 / 1. 4 and the temperature is 1 350 ~ 1 500 鈩,
