【摘要】:以槲皮素為芯材,殼聚糖、海藻酸鈉為壁材,采用復(fù)凝聚法制備槲皮素微膠囊。以包埋率和載藥量為綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),通過單因素試驗(yàn)和響應(yīng)面試驗(yàn)分析各因素,并對(duì)槲皮素微膠囊的理化性質(zhì)進(jìn)行研究。結(jié)果表明:壁材比(殼聚糖-海藻酸鈉質(zhì)量比)1∶3.34(g/g)、芯壁比4.34∶1(g/g)、京尼平用量18.44 g/100 g殼聚糖、固化溫度41.56℃時(shí),包埋率為69.53%。制備的槲皮素微膠囊水分含量為3.26%,休止角為40.39°,溶解度為256.44μg/m L,粒徑大小較為均勻,平均粒徑為1 362 nm,具有較好的溶解性和穩(wěn)定性。
[Abstract]:Using quercetin as core material, chitosan and sodium alginate as wall materials, quercetin microcapsules were prepared by complex coagulation method. The physicochemical properties of quercetin microcapsules were studied.
