常壓酸化法制備硫酸鈣晶須工藝研究

【摘要】:用硝酸分解磷礦,以磷酸作為酸溶介質(zhì)制備硫酸鈣晶須。主要研究了硫酸鈣晶須的制備工藝條件,考察了磷酸質(zhì)量分數(shù)、反應(yīng)溫度、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速、硫酸質(zhì)量分數(shù)對硫酸鈣晶須長徑比的影響。采用差熱分析和生物顯微鏡分析了硫酸鈣晶須的相組成和形貌。通過單因素實驗和正交實驗確定了制備硫酸鈣晶須的最佳工藝條件:磷酸質(zhì)量分數(shù)為35%、反應(yīng)溫度為95℃、攪拌轉(zhuǎn)速為300 r/min、硫酸質(zhì)量分數(shù)為60%。此條件下制得硫酸鈣晶須長徑比達到90,且顏色潔白。
[Abstract]:Calcium sulfate whisker was prepared by decomposition of phosphate rock with nitric acid and acid solution medium of phosphoric acid. The preparation conditions of calcium sulfate whisker were studied, and the mass fraction of phosphoric acid, reaction temperature and stirring speed were investigated. The phase composition and morphology of calcium sulfate whisker were analyzed by differential thermal analysis and biomicroscopy. The calcium sulfate whisker was prepared by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. Optimum process conditions:. The mass fraction of phosphoric acid is 35%.
