溶膠凝膠法制備鋯鈦酸鉛納米孔狀光子晶體陣列(英文)

【摘要】:基于陽(yáng)極氧化鋁模板,使用旋涂法制備了鋯鈦酸鉛納米孔狀光子晶體陣列.利用掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射儀和能譜儀表征了其結(jié)構(gòu),形態(tài)和尺寸分布.結(jié)果顯示制備的鋯鈦酸鉛光子晶體呈正方晶相,尺寸統(tǒng)一,分布均勻,同時(shí)展現(xiàn)了良好的光學(xué)透射特性.這個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單,低成本又可行的制備方法為制備鐵電納米孔陣列結(jié)構(gòu)提供了一條方便又可復(fù)制的途徑.
[Abstract]:Based on anodic alumina template, nano-porous photonic crystal arrays of lead zirconate titanate were prepared by spin-coating method and their structures were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS). The results show that the prepared lead zirconate titanate photonic crystal is square crystal, uniform in size, uniform in size, and good in optical transmission. The low cost and feasible preparation method provides a convenient and replicable way for the preparation of ferroelectric nano-porous arrays.
