【摘要】:有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)合空心微球是一種具有特殊結(jié)構(gòu)的新型復(fù)合材料。復(fù)合空心微球可以使有機(jī)聚合物的優(yōu)點(diǎn)及無(wú)機(jī)物的優(yōu)點(diǎn)得到更好的結(jié)合,從而使有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)合空心微球獲得多種特有的性能。有機(jī)-無(wú)機(jī)復(fù)合空心微球在醫(yī)藥,環(huán)保及生物化工等領(lǐng)域都有著廣闊的應(yīng)用前景。因此,本文采用Pickering乳液模板法制備了聚N-異甲基丙烯酰胺/二氧化硅復(fù)合微膠囊,聚a-甲基丙烯酸/二氧化硅復(fù)合微膠囊和磁性殼聚糖復(fù)合空心微球,并對(duì)其制備的影響因素,形成機(jī)理以及應(yīng)用做了系統(tǒng)的研究。具體內(nèi)容如下: 1.以KH-570改性二氧化硅為穩(wěn)定劑,以溫敏性單體N-異丙基丙烯酰胺和聚N-異丙基丙烯酰胺的水溶液作為水相,以液態(tài)石蠟作為油相,制備了反相Pickering乳液,經(jīng)過(guò)聚合,制備了具有溫度敏感性的聚N-異甲基丙烯酰胺/二氧化硅復(fù)合微膠囊。溫敏性微膠囊的平均粒徑約為7-10μm,微膠囊壁是由溫敏性聚合物和二氧化硅共同組成的,并且在不同溫度條件下研究了溫敏性微膠囊的緩釋性能,當(dāng)緩釋溫度由25℃升高到45℃時(shí),溫敏性微膠囊中羅丹明B的總釋放量由25.7%提高到了70.9%。 2.以KH-570改性二氧化硅為穩(wěn)定劑,以α-甲基丙烯酸水溶液作為水相,以液態(tài)石蠟作為油相制備了反相Pickering乳液,再通過(guò)聚合制備了具有pH敏感性的聚α-甲基丙烯酸/二氧化硅復(fù)合微膠囊。復(fù)合微膠囊具有良好的pH敏感性能,平均粒徑約為7-101μm,微膠囊壁是由pH敏感性聚合物和二氧化硅共同組成的,壁厚約為1μm, pH敏感微膠囊在酸、堿兩種介質(zhì)中羅丹明B的釋放量分別為15.0%和98.4%。 3.以油酸改性納米四氧化三鐵為穩(wěn)定劑,以液體石蠟為油相,殼聚糖的醋酸水溶液作為水相,采用反相Pickering乳液模板法制備了磁性殼聚糖復(fù)合空心微球,微球的平均粒徑約為8μm,壁厚為80nm,并使用紅外,熱重等對(duì)其進(jìn)行表征。
[Abstract]:The organic-inorganic composite hollow microspheres are a new type of composite material with special structure. The advantages of organic polymers and inorganic materials can be better combined by composite hollow microspheres. Therefore, the organic-inorganic composite hollow microspheres have a wide application prospect in medicine, environmental protection and biochemical fields. In this paper, Pickering emulsion template method was used to prepare poly (N-isomethacrylate) / silica composite microcapsules. Poly (a- methacrylic acid / silica) composite microcapsules and magnetic chitosan hollow microspheres were prepared, and the factors affecting their preparation, formation mechanism and application were systematically studied. 1. Using KH-570 modified silica as stabilizer, the aqueous solution of temperature sensitive monomers N isopropyl acrylamide and poly (N isopropyl acrylamide) as water phase and liquid paraffin as oil phase. Inverse Pickering emulsion was prepared and polymerized. Poly (N-isomethacrylamide / silica) composite microcapsules with temperature sensitivity were prepared. The average diameter of the thermo-sensitive microcapsules was about 7-10 渭 m.
