微波輻照法制備PVC-g-DAP聚合物及其結(jié)構(gòu)與性能表征

【摘要】:采用微波輻照法制備了以聚氯乙烯(PVC)為骨架,鄰苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)為支鏈的接枝聚合物PVC-g-DAP。通過(guò)紅外光譜、差示掃描量熱分析對(duì)聚合物的結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征,同時(shí)對(duì)聚合物的流變性能、耐熱性和力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了測(cè)試分析。結(jié)果表明,DAP在微波輻照下成功接枝到PVC大分子鏈上,PVC-g-DAP聚合物只有1個(gè)Tg,且略高于PVC。PVC-g-DAP聚合物的流變性能較PVC有大幅度改善,同時(shí)力學(xué)性能、耐熱性得到提升。
[Abstract]:The graft polymer PVC-g-DAPs with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as skeleton and diallyl phthalate (DAPs) as branching chain was prepared by microwave irradiation. The structure of the polymer was characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), and the rheological properties, heat resistance and mechanical properties of the polymer were tested and analyzed. DAP was successfully grafted onto the macromolecular chain of PVC under microwave irradiation, and the PVC-g-DAP polymer was only 1 TG. The rheological property of the polymer is slightly higher than that of the PVC.PVC-g-DAP polymer, and the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the polymer are greatly improved than that of the PVC polymer.
