【摘要】：“海選”不僅是一個(gè)反映社會(huì)現(xiàn)象的語(yǔ)言詞匯,也是中國(guó)政治改革的催化劑,還是一個(gè)注解農(nóng)民思想變遷的時(shí)代標(biāo)簽。本文以“海選”為關(guān)鍵詞的主題研究,對(duì)“海選”作了盡可能全面的介紹和分析,通過(guò)“海選”的出現(xiàn)到發(fā)展至今的歷史梳理,來(lái)展現(xiàn)農(nóng)村政治生活的轉(zhuǎn)變和發(fā)展的脈絡(luò)以及社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)民主的渴求。 本文首先指出了海選的研究意義,在文獻(xiàn)綜述之后對(duì)本文的核心概念進(jìn)行了解釋。然后,本文詳細(xì)闡述了海選的產(chǎn)生、發(fā)展過(guò)程,并分析了在這個(gè)過(guò)程中海選是如何一步一步深化、如何逐步拓展到社會(huì)領(lǐng)域而成為一個(gè)熱門詞匯的。本文認(rèn)為,海選的產(chǎn)生是特定時(shí)代背景下的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求,既有農(nóng)民創(chuàng)造性的發(fā)揮,也有基層政府與國(guó)家的推動(dòng),可以說(shuō)海選是上下結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物�！昂＿x”的產(chǎn)生與發(fā)展軌跡注解了村民自治后農(nóng)村政治的變化,印證了農(nóng)村從威權(quán)型政治到民主政治的轉(zhuǎn)變歷程�；趯�(duì)海選的調(diào)研分析,本文發(fā)現(xiàn),盡管海選產(chǎn)生于北老壕村,但是現(xiàn)在北老壕的村民并不歡迎海選,海選并沒(méi)有帶來(lái)村民所期望達(dá)到的目標(biāo)。目前,各地的海選都不同程度的存在一些問(wèn)題,而且不同人群對(duì)海選都有誤讀,本文以農(nóng)民和學(xué)者的誤讀為重點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了論述。最后,本文也進(jìn)行了延伸性思考,認(rèn)為海選有助于促進(jìn)當(dāng)代中國(guó)政治體制改革與政治發(fā)展,對(duì)政治民主也有積極的意義,但是要向更高層次上發(fā)展還需要一段時(shí)間。
[Abstract]:Auditions is not only a language word that reflects social phenomena, but also a catalyst of Chinese political reform, and also a time label to annotate the change of peasants' thinking. This paper focuses on the theme of "auditions" as a key word. This paper introduces and analyzes the auditions as comprehensively as possible, and combs the history of the development from the appearance of the auditions to the present. To show the transformation and development of rural political life and social development for democracy. This paper first points out the significance of the research of audition, and explains the core concepts of this paper after literature review. Then, this paper describes the emergence and development of audition in detail. This paper also analyzes how to deepen the audition step by step and how to gradually expand to the social field and become a hot word in the process. This paper holds that the emergence of audition is the realistic demand under the specific background of the times. It can be said that audition is the product of the combination of the top and bottom. The emergence and development track of "audition" annotate the changes of rural politics after villager autonomy. Confirm the transition from authoritarian politics to democratic politics in rural areas. Based on the investigation and analysis of audition, this paper finds that although audition originated in the village of North Lao trench, the villagers in North Lao trench do not welcome audition now. Auditions do not bring about the goals that villagers expect to achieve. At present, there are some problems in the auditions in different places, and different groups of people misread the auditions. This paper focuses on the misreading of farmers and scholars. Finally, this paper also carries on the extended thinking that audition is helpful to promote the political system reform and political development in contemporary China. It is also positive for political democracy, but it will take some time to move to a higher level.
