【摘要】：基層民主治理在國家治理體系中占有十分重要的位置,在推進(jìn)國家治理現(xiàn)代化的新形勢下,應(yīng)當(dāng)更加重視基層的民主政治建設(shè)。我國正處于社會轉(zhuǎn)型期,隨著城市化的快速發(fā)展和各類新興群體的出現(xiàn),基層治理涌現(xiàn)出了大量的矛盾和問題,因此,我們需要建構(gòu)一種促進(jìn)基層民主治理現(xiàn)代化的發(fā)展模式。文章從治理現(xiàn)代化的角度出發(fā),分析基層民主治理在邁進(jìn)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程中的現(xiàn)實(shí)困境,并提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)基層民主治理現(xiàn)代化的路徑。
[Abstract]:Grassroots democratic governance occupies a very important position in the national governance system. Under the new situation of promoting the modernization of national governance, we should pay more attention to the democratic political construction at the grass-roots level. With the rapid development of urbanization and the emergence of various emerging groups, a large number of contradictions and problems have emerged in grass-roots governance. We need to construct a development model to promote the modernization of grass-roots democratic governance. From the perspective of governance modernization, this paper analyzes the practical predicament of grass-roots democratic governance in the process of modernization. And put forward the way to realize the modernization of grass-roots democratic governance.
