【摘要】:近年來,隨著建筑能耗的逐漸增加,人們對(duì)建筑節(jié)能的要求越來越高。而將相變材料應(yīng)用到建筑圍護(hù)構(gòu)件中能夠起到很好的節(jié)能效果。因此,如何將相變材料進(jìn)行改性從而能夠很好的應(yīng)用于建筑圍護(hù)構(gòu)件中成為主要的研究方向。 本文首先介紹了制備微膠囊相變材料的各種方法,并從中選取了界面聚合法作為制備微膠囊相變材料的方法。 其次,選取了合適的囊芯和壁材分別制備出了單層壁材和復(fù)合壁材的微膠囊相變材料,對(duì)制備過程中的各項(xiàng)參數(shù)進(jìn)行了研究。同時(shí)采用掃描電鏡、紅外光譜、DSC曲線和TG曲線對(duì)所制備出的微膠囊相變材料的性能進(jìn)行了表征。另外,通過比較單層壁材和復(fù)合壁材微膠囊的性能,結(jié)果表明復(fù)合壁材微膠囊相變材料顆粒規(guī)則且不透明,包裹密實(shí)、囊芯相變石蠟不容易流出;其對(duì)相變石蠟發(fā)生固—液相變時(shí)阻滯作用更好,其可耐溫度可達(dá)到150℃左右。 最后分析研究了微膠囊相變材料作用機(jī)理,以及通過評(píng)價(jià)微膠囊相變材料在夾芯復(fù)合墻體中的節(jié)能效果,結(jié)果表明在建筑圍護(hù)構(gòu)件中應(yīng)用微膠囊相變材料具有很好的節(jié)能效果。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the gradual increase of building energy consumption, people have higher and higher requirements for building energy saving. Therefore, the application of phase change materials in building envelope components can play a very good energy-saving effect. How to modify the phase change material is the main research direction. In this paper, various methods of preparing microencapsulated phase change materials are introduced, and the interfacial polymerization method is selected as the preparation method of microencapsulated phase change materials. Secondly, the microencapsulated phase change materials of single layer wall material and composite wall material were prepared by selecting suitable capsule core and wall material, and the parameters in the preparation process were studied. At the same time, scanning electron microscope and infrared spectrum were used. DSC curves and TG curves were used to characterize the properties of the microencapsulated phase change materials. In addition, the properties of single-layer wall materials and composite wall materials microcapsules were compared. The results showed that the microencapsulated phase change materials of composite wall materials were regular, opaque, tightly wrapped, and the phase change paraffin in the core was not easy to flow out. Its resistance to phase change paraffin (PCP) is better than that of phase change paraffin (PCP), and its temperature resistance can reach about 150 鈩,
