【摘要】：我國當今存在著大量的浪費現(xiàn)象,其主要表現(xiàn)既有由政府機構(gòu)設置不合理、政府人員專業(yè)素質(zhì)不高、"三公"以及形象工程和政府失靈等造成的制度性浪費;也有以婚喪嫁娶大操大辦為典型的習俗性浪費;還有源于個人見識、經(jīng)驗不足的個人性浪費。嚴重的浪費現(xiàn)象既敗壞了政府形象,使民心疏離,又使寶貴的社會財富不能更有效地為提高國家實力和改善民生服務,也極易誘發(fā)犯罪。因此,要通過加強民主法治建設、加強思想啟蒙教育、倡導賢人引領等措施來減少和消除浪費現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:There are a lot of wasteful phenomena in our country nowadays, which are mainly manifested by the system waste caused by the unreasonable setting of the government organization, the low professional quality of the government personnel, the "Sangong", the image project and the government failure. There is also a typical traditional waste of marriage and funeral; There is also a personal waste of human nature derived from personal experience and inexperience. The serious phenomenon of waste not only tarnishes the image of the government but also alienates the people. Moreover, the precious social wealth can not serve the national strength and people's livelihood more effectively, and it is easy to induce crime. Therefore, we should strengthen the ideological enlightenment education through strengthening the construction of democracy and rule of law. Advocate sage leading and other measures to reduce and eliminate waste phenomenon.
