【摘要】：農(nóng)村基層民主政治建設(shè)作為社會主義民主政治的內(nèi)在因素，是社會主義制度優(yōu)越性的內(nèi)在體現(xiàn)。隨著改革開放的不斷深入，，黨高度重視基層民主政治建設(shè)，始終把保障人民群眾權(quán)益、完善基層民主政治建設(shè)作為擴(kuò)大民主的重要組成部分。農(nóng)村基層民主政治制度的健全，一方面為維護(hù)社會穩(wěn)定、保證國家長治久安提供了重要保障，另一方面也關(guān)系到中國特色社會主義的建設(shè)步伐。改革開放的實踐證明，只有不斷完善農(nóng)村基層民主政治建設(shè)，才能夠保證我國整個民主政治建設(shè)整體推進(jìn)和發(fā)展的健全。近幾年來，我國基層民主政治建設(shè)獲得了長足的發(fā)展，但是還面臨著一系列的障礙，例如：基層民主監(jiān)督不到位、基層民主制度不完善以及法制建設(shè)不夠完善等，這些因素在一定程度上阻礙了基本民主政治制度的完善和發(fā)展。本文主要從四個方面進(jìn)行闡釋，第一部分詳細(xì)論述了基層民主政治的基本理論內(nèi)容，為下文的研究提供了重要的理論依據(jù)；第二部分指出了改革開放以來中國基層民主政治建設(shè)取得的成就；第三部分主要從四個方面指出了近幾年來中國基層民主政治建設(shè)過程中存在的問題；最后一個部分在第三部分的基礎(chǔ)上，提出了新時期完善中國基層民主政治建設(shè)的應(yīng)對策略，為進(jìn)一步完善我國的民主政治建設(shè)奠定了重要的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The construction of rural grass-roots democracy as the internal factors of the socialist democratic politics, is the intrinsic expression of the superiority of the socialist system. With the deepening of reform and opening up, the Party attaches great importance to the grassroots democratic political construction, has always been to protect people's rights and interests, improve the grass-roots democracy construction as an important part of expanding democracy. Rural grassroots democratic political system sound, one hand to maintain social stability, which provides an important guarantee for national long period of stability, the pace of construction on the other hand is also related to the Chinese characteristics. To prove the practice of reform and opening up, only by constantly improving the construction of rural grass-roots democracy, to ensure our whole democratic political construction overall progress and development of sound in recent years. To our grass-roots democracy construction has achieved great development, but also faces a series of obstacles, such as: Grassroots democratic supervision is not in place, the democracy system is not perfect and the legal system is not perfect, these factors impede the development and perfection of democratic political system in a certain extent. This paper mainly explained from four aspects, the first part discusses the basic theory of political democracy at the grassroots level, provide an important theoretical basis for the for the following research; the second part points out the political construction of democracy at the grassroots level China achievements since the reform and opening up; the third part mainly pointed out the existence in recent years the political construction of democracy at the grassroots level Chinese problems from four aspects; the last part on the basis of the third part, put forward to improve the construction of grassroots political strategies China democracy in the new period, laid an important foundation for the further improvement of the construction of democratic politics in China.
