【摘要】：正黨的十八屆五中全會將全面依法治國作為"十三五"時期我國發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)思想。中共重慶市委四屆七次全會也指出,做好"十三五"時期我市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展工作必須堅(jiān)持全面依法治市。全會提出,"十三五"時期重慶市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展目標(biāo)之一,是民主法治建設(shè)邁出新步伐,科學(xué)民主決策和依法治市水平進(jìn)一步提高。今年,是"十二五"規(guī)劃的收官之年,也是"十三五"發(fā)展的謀劃之年,重慶
[Abstract]:The Fifth Plenary session of the 18 CPC Central Committee regards the rule of law as the guiding ideology for the development of our country during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and the Seventh Plenary session of the fourth CPC Central Committee of the CPC Central Committee also points out. To do a good job in the economic and social development of our city during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, we must persist in comprehensively governing the city according to law. The Plenary session put forward that one of the goals of economic and social development in Chongqing during the 13th Five-Year Plan period is a new step forward in the construction of democracy and the rule of law. The level of scientific and democratic decision-making and governing the city according to law has been further improved. This year is the year of the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan and the year of the 13th Five-Year Plan.
