【摘要】：由于國(guó)際環(huán)境、中國(guó)政治發(fā)展、政治學(xué)主流方向等影響因素的變化,西方學(xué)者在不同歷史階段對(duì)當(dāng)代中國(guó)民主政治的發(fā)展形成了不同的研究視角,國(guó)家治理視角就是近十多年來(lái)頗為重要的一個(gè)研究視角。其主要特征是:強(qiáng)調(diào)民主能為國(guó)家建構(gòu)和有效治理做些什么?反過(guò)來(lái),善治對(duì)民主政治發(fā)展又具有怎樣的意義?受?chē)?guó)家治理視角影響,西方學(xué)者圍繞中國(guó)特色社會(huì)主義民主政治的發(fā)展,從政黨—國(guó)家民主、基層民主、法治民主、彈性威權(quán)主義以及非正式制度的民主化幾個(gè)層面形成了一些值得深思的看法。
[Abstract]:Due to the changes of the international environment, the development of Chinese politics and the mainstream direction of political science, Western scholars have formed different research perspectives on the development of contemporary Chinese democratic politics in different historical stages. The perspective of national governance is an important research perspective in the last decade. Its main characteristic is: what can democracy do for the construction and effective governance of the country? In turn, what is the significance of good governance to the development of democratic politics? Influenced by the perspective of national governance, Western scholars focus on the development of socialist democratic politics with Chinese characteristics, from the party-national democracy, grass-roots democracy, democracy by law. Elastic authoritarianism and the democratization of informal institutions have formed some thought-provoking views.
