在經(jīng)濟(jì)相互依賴的年代,國家被迫為滿足國內(nèi)外的需求負(fù)起責(zé)任。在過去的三十年里中國和埃塞俄比亞由于全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的變化已經(jīng)處于結(jié)成經(jīng)濟(jì)伙伴關(guān)系的過程之中。目前埃塞俄比亞的政治系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)意識(shí)到了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的變化并且拓寬了合作范圍,同時(shí)開展了和中國的貿(mào)易。與中國的貿(mào)易在過去的二十年里進(jìn)展順利。從那時(shí)起到現(xiàn)在,自保證和中國的貿(mào)易后,埃塞俄比亞的經(jīng)濟(jì)就穩(wěn)定地增長。許多肉眼可見的變化發(fā)生在不同的發(fā)展項(xiàng)目中。這兩個(gè)國家已經(jīng)在實(shí)現(xiàn)埃塞俄比亞的國家利益、提高埃塞俄比亞社會(huì)的生活期待值和促進(jìn)雙邊貿(mào)易合作以維持兩個(gè)國家穩(wěn)定發(fā)展方面簽署了不同的協(xié)議。這些條約確保了在世界范圍內(nèi),中國是基于共同利益和相互理解與埃塞俄比亞發(fā)展牢固的伙伴關(guān)系的國家之一。在過去的兩個(gè)政權(quán)期間,埃塞俄比亞的貿(mào)易受到了消極的影響。在德格政權(quán)期間所制定的不同的貿(mào)易政策使外來者難以和埃塞俄比亞進(jìn)行貿(mào)易。這一政權(quán)提倡以國內(nèi)產(chǎn)品替代進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品,追求替代進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的策略和指令性經(jīng)濟(jì)體系的結(jié)合;促進(jìn)高關(guān)稅壁壘和確保政府所有權(quán)前提下的工業(yè)化。在帝國時(shí)期以保護(hù)萌芽期工業(yè)免受進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的影響為特點(diǎn)——相比于在一個(gè)城市的自由企業(yè)市場經(jīng)濟(jì)中,以城市內(nèi)的產(chǎn)品替代該城市的進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品,...
