“奧威爾藝術(shù)”指英國作家喬治·奧威爾的政治文學及其藝術(shù)特色,包括其深刻的政治文學思想和簡潔明晰的語言風格,具體而言,“奧威爾藝術(shù)”是作者追求獨立自由的政治訴求和簡化凝練語言的熱情的完美交融。政治寓言《動物農(nóng)場》和反烏托邦小說《一九八四》是奧威爾的政治文學的兩部代表作。這兩部小說以探討革命前后權(quán)力機制的運作為軸心,彼此互補,分別對前極權(quán)主義時代和后極權(quán)主義時代的極權(quán)主義政權(quán)做了極具穿透力的刻畫與剖析。作為政治隱喻小說這兩部作品的歷史廣度遠遠超越了作者所在的歷史年代,將“歷史”的永恒性定義從以往“歷史決定論”的桎梏中解放了出來,同時探討了“歷史決定論”引發(fā)“極權(quán)主義”狂瀾的深層原因。本論文以卡爾·波普爾的“歷史非決定論”思想為理論基礎,以《動物農(nóng)場》中的一名角色“馬哲”為批判對象,闡述了其政治文學如何破解“一場革命就能一勞永逸地贏來自由獨立”的政治神話,從而從政治歷史哲學層面對“奧威爾藝術(shù)”折射出的歷史觀進行深入解讀。論文共分為五個部分。引論從整體上對喬治·奧威爾作為一名政治作家的政治思想閱歷加以追尋和探討。第一章從歷史道德觀入手,對奧威爾兩部代表作----《動物農(nóng)莊》與《一九八四》的歷史...
