Challenges Faced by Political Parties in Empowering Women an

本文采用案例研究法探析坦桑尼亞政黨在賦權(quán)女性走上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位時所面臨的挑戰(zhàn),旨在提出更好的干預(yù)政策和策略,以提升本國女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)人的綜合能力。數(shù)據(jù)來源既有一手數(shù)據(jù),也有引用的二手數(shù)據(jù)。一手原始數(shù)據(jù)的收集使用了問卷調(diào)查和深度訪談等方法。問卷調(diào)查對象為公民聯(lián)合陣線、民主與發(fā)展黨、坦桑尼亞革命黨等三大政黨成員。受訪者共193人;二手數(shù)據(jù)來源多樣,有圖書館、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、政府機構(gòu)以及關(guān)注婦女事務(wù)的民間社會組織和非政府組織。以女性對其自身愿景使命、成就挑戰(zhàn)和未來計劃的認知作為反思對象,本研究清晰地分析了當(dāng)前政治中的男權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)。這從基層組織開始就阻礙了女性的參政與升遷機會。即使能夠走到事業(yè)頂峰,女性仍然面臨挑戰(zhàn),很難操作行使權(quán)力并表現(xiàn)自己的能力。本研究利用女性主義的概念、理論和方法論來回答研究問題。研究結(jié)果表明,成長經(jīng)歷決定了女性是否會形成走上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位的愿望抱負,但當(dāng)前的女孩們自幼就生活在一個兩性嚴(yán)重不平等的社會。當(dāng)她們步入政壇,女性領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的偏好則會受其愿望抱負指引,渴望看到一個所有人生而平等的世界。但研究發(fā)現(xiàn),一些女性走上領(lǐng)導(dǎo)崗位后會被“男性”同化,習(xí)得與男性相似的行為風(fēng)格。同時,女政治家及渴望踏入政壇的女性還面...
