馬里位于西非的薩赫勒-撒哈拉地帶。由于歷史和地理位置的緣故,幾個世紀以來,馬里一直是許多種族、社會政治組織和宗教共同生活的地方。從1960年到現(xiàn)在,馬里經(jīng)歷了多次叛亂和動蕩時期。其中2012年是叛亂發(fā)生最嚴重的一年。2012年1月17日,一些由恐怖組織支持的圖阿雷格人襲擊了基達爾的守軍。這次攻擊是由解放阿扎瓦德民族解放運動（NMLA）發(fā)起的。這一反叛運動反對馬里的中央政府�？植澜M織要求在薩赫勒地區(qū)實施伊斯蘭法。這些有不同目標的叛軍組織都在與馬里軍隊作戰(zhàn)。他們攻擊國家機構,襲擊無辜的平民。這使得馬里很快陷入社會和政治危機之中。這場危機嚴重影響了馬里的國家機構的正常運行和社會穩(wěn)定。這場危機的產(chǎn)生可以追溯到馬里1991年實行民主變革。多種原因引爆了這場危機,特別是地區(qū)和國際地緣政治問題、社會政治因素（社會政治多樣性管理）、國家公共資源管理（國家和地方治理）以及安全部門的失效。2011年的阿拉伯之春和穆阿邁爾·卡扎菲的倒臺導致馬里圖阿雷格和前叛亂人員的回歸,幫助馬里叛軍解放阿扎瓦德（馬里北部的三個主要地區(qū)之一）。據(jù)此,我們不難發(fā)現(xiàn)2012年武裝危機的根本原因和馬里恐怖主義興起的原因。軍事危機的...
