【摘要】：墨西哥毒品問題形成于20世紀(jì)70年代。此后,墨西哥販毒集團(tuán)的組織化加強(qiáng),毒品問題日益滲透到墨西哥政治和社會(huì)中,對地區(qū)安全構(gòu)成嚴(yán)重威脅�？柕侣≌攒娛率侄谓疽l(fā)了嚴(yán)重的毒品暴力。墨西哥毒品問題源于政府能力低下,貧困和特殊的地緣、地貌。涅托當(dāng)選總統(tǒng)后,墨西哥將更加關(guān)注社會(huì)安全和禁毒的長效機(jī)制,弱化軍事選項(xiàng)。墨西哥毒品暴力在短期內(nèi)可能相對緩解,但毒品問題的解決仍是一個(gè)長期的過程。
[Abstract]:The drug problem in Mexico was formed in the 1970 s. Since then, the organization of Mexican drug cartels has been strengthened, and the drug problem has increasingly penetrated into Mexican politics and society, posing a serious threat to regional security. The Calderon government used military means to fight drugs and triggered serious drug violence. Mexico's drug problem stems from low government capacity, poverty and special geography and landforms. After Nieto was elected president, Mexico will pay more attention to the long-term mechanism of social security and drug control, and weaken the military options. Drug violence in Mexico may be relatively alleviated in the short term, but the solution to the drug problem is still a long-term process.
