【摘要】：青年組織的發(fā)展關系到政黨的群眾基礎、影響力建設和內部的梯隊建設。法國社會黨在20世紀90年代初就十分重視青年組織機制的完善,確立了青年社會黨人運動的自治原則。形式上的自治原則并不影響青年社會黨人運動與社會黨保持一致的步調,該組織在社會黨贏得2012年大選、社會黨政府推行各項政策與措施的過程中發(fā)揮了積極作用。然而,在其青年組織的發(fā)展過程中,社會黨也面臨著時代的挑戰(zhàn),包括青年參政模式問題,青年組織成員社會階層代表性問題和內部青年社團多元化問題等。
[Abstract]:The development of youth organizations is related to the mass foundation of political parties, the construction of influence and the construction of internal echelons. In the early 1990s, the French Socialist Party attached great importance to the improvement of the youth organization mechanism and established the autonomy principle of the Youth Socialist Movement. The principle of formal autonomy does not affect the pace of the Youth Socialist Movement and the Socialist Party, which played an active role in the Socialist Government's implementation of various policies and measures in winning the 2012 general election. However, in the process of the development of its youth organizations, the Socialist Party is also facing the challenges of the times, including the model of youth participation in politics, the representation of the social strata of the members of youth organizations and the diversification of internal youth associations.
