美國網(wǎng)絡防務承包的現(xiàn)狀

【摘要】：網(wǎng)絡防務是一國政府為應對網(wǎng)絡安全威脅而采取的軍事及相關活動,與國家安全息息相關。美國作為網(wǎng)絡空間第一強國將最強的網(wǎng)絡安全技術應用到網(wǎng)絡防務中,很大程度上取決于其從戰(zhàn)略上運用的網(wǎng)絡防務承包政策。本文著重研究了美國網(wǎng)絡防務承包的現(xiàn)狀及特點,分析并歸納了其配套的管理措施和法律法規(guī),并對我國網(wǎng)絡防務建設提出了一些建議。
[Abstract]:Network defense is a military and related activity taken by a government to deal with the threat of network security, which is closely related to national security. As the most powerful country in cyberspace, the United States applies the strongest network security technology to network defense, to a large extent, depends on its strategic use of network defense contracting policy. This paper focuses on the present situation and characteristics of network defense contracting in the United States, analyzes and sums up its supporting management measures and laws and regulations, and puts forward some suggestions for the construction of network defense in China.
