【摘要】：在追溯新加坡電影審查制度淵源的基礎(chǔ)上,對其電影審查的行政組織架構(gòu)、監(jiān)管模式與程序,以及內(nèi)容分級制度的演進(jìn)等進(jìn)行了梳理和分析。電影監(jiān)管政策與制度的演進(jìn)過程,不僅體現(xiàn)出新加坡政府順應(yīng)時(shí)代發(fā)展的務(wù)實(shí)態(tài)度,也反映出其不斷調(diào)試的媒體監(jiān)管理念。政府、傳媒業(yè)與公眾共同制定監(jiān)管政策,鼓勵(lì)行業(yè)自律,培養(yǎng)公眾的媒介素養(yǎng),逐漸形成了政府、傳媒業(yè)與公眾共同監(jiān)管媒體的成熟模式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of tracing back to the origin of the film censorship system in Singapore, this paper combs and analyzes the administrative organization structure, supervision mode and procedure of the film censorship, as well as the evolution of the content classification system. The evolution of film supervision policy and system not only reflects the pragmatic attitude of the Singapore government in line with the development of the times, but also reflects its unceasing adjustment of the concept of media supervision. The government, the media industry and the public jointly formulate regulatory policies, encourage industry self-discipline, and cultivate the media literacy of the public, which has gradually formed a mature mode of joint supervision of the media by the government, the media industry and the public.
