【摘要】：正在尼日利亞,有時候政府解決不了的事兒酋長出面卻會更容易些。然而,中國人成為尼日利亞酋長,又將如何?基層治理、帶來新的技術(shù)、拆遷都需要酋長的幫忙。酋長這個帶有非洲古老、神秘色彩的頭銜,如今和中國人有了越來越多的聯(lián)系。近十年里,已經(jīng)有4位中國人,身披酋長傳統(tǒng)服飾、被當?shù)赝镣?土王:酋長的一種,屬于酋長中的較高級)授予象征權(quán)力的證書、項鏈、蒲扇或權(quán)杖,加冕為尼日利亞的酋長。
[Abstract]:In Nigeria, it is sometimes easier for the sheikh to come forward with things that the government cannot solve. However, what if the Chinese become chief of Nigeria? Grass-roots governance, bring new technology, demolition need the help of the sheikh. Sheikh, an ancient, mysterious title in Africa, is now in more and more contact with the Chinese. In the past decade, four Chinese, dressed in traditional sheikh costumes, have been awarded certificates, necklaces, pu fans or scepters to symbolize power by the local earth king (a kind of sheikh, belonging to the higher rank of the sheikh).
