哥倫比亞:被拒絕的“和平”

【摘要】：正哥倫比亞總統(tǒng)桑托斯獲得諾貝爾和平獎,但政府統(tǒng)治區(qū)內(nèi)的城市居民對于反政府武裝FARC存在著根深蒂固的不信任,認(rèn)為代價昂貴的和平很可能是一場徒勞無益且危險重重的賭博。2016年的諾貝爾和平獎不出意外也不無尷尬地落在了哥倫比亞總統(tǒng)桑托斯的頭上。說它不出意外,是因為能夠讓哥倫比亞國內(nèi)各方達(dá)成協(xié)議,走出半個世紀(jì)的血腥內(nèi)戰(zhàn),的確是一件善莫大焉的功績;說它不無尷尬,是因為在和平獎頒獎前的數(shù)日,哥倫比亞的全國公投否決了哥倫比
[Abstract]:President Santos of Colombia has won the Nobel Peace Prize, but there is deep-rooted mistrust among urban residents in the government-ruled areas about the rebel FARC. Believing that expensive peace is likely to be a futile and dangerous gamble, the 2016 Nobel Peace Prize fell unsurprisingly and awkwardly on Colombian President Santos. It is not surprising to say that it is indeed a good feat to get the Colombian parties to an agreement to walk out of half a century of bloody civil war; Said it was embarrassing because Colombia's national referendum rejected Columbus a few days before the award of the Peace Prize.
