【摘要】： 政黨政治是民主政治的核心內(nèi)容,因而研究一個(gè)國家的政黨政治可以幫助我們認(rèn)識(shí)這個(gè)國家民主政治的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,而日本作為中國的重要鄰國,其政黨政治又有其獨(dú)有的特征,對(duì)此進(jìn)行研究應(yīng)該是有理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義的。本論文主要以日本的政黨政治為研究視角,在以往學(xué)術(shù)研究成果基礎(chǔ)之上,在理論上集中探討日本政黨政治的基本特征,并結(jié)合歷史演變進(jìn)程進(jìn)行特征的歸納分析,力圖將歷史的描述和政治學(xué)的分析緊密結(jié)合起來,把動(dòng)態(tài)的進(jìn)程和靜態(tài)的歸納相統(tǒng)一,不僅要分階段地展現(xiàn)日本政黨政治的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),而且要用政治學(xué)的分析總括其現(xiàn)實(shí)的基本特征,并在此分析的基礎(chǔ)上展望日本民主政治發(fā)展的未來。 本論文主要分三個(gè)部分進(jìn)行研究,一是緒論部分,主要是介紹基本概念、研究的意義以及國內(nèi)外的研究成果和研究方法。二是論文的主體部分,主要分兩大部分對(duì)日本政黨政治的歷史演變和日本政黨政治的基本特征及走向進(jìn)行分析。關(guān)于日本政黨政治的演變主要按照戰(zhàn)后初期、五五年體制時(shí)期和多黨聯(lián)合執(zhí)政時(shí)期來分階段闡述其發(fā)展過程和主要特點(diǎn);關(guān)于日本政黨政治的總體特征則主要是對(duì)其派閥政治、金權(quán)政治、官僚政治等特征以及影響因素進(jìn)行較具體的闡釋,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)日本政黨政治的未來走向進(jìn)行分析。三是在結(jié)論部分通過對(duì)日本政黨政治的分析透視日本民主政治的發(fā)展,并探討日本政黨政治對(duì)國際化的應(yīng)對(duì)。這三個(gè)部分都緊密地圍繞日本政黨政治的演變及其特征這一核心問題來進(jìn)行研究,在結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)上是緊湊的,在邏輯上是遞進(jìn)的,就是要在歷史線索中尋找特征,在特征分析中透視未來。
[Abstract]:Party politics is the core of democratic politics, so studying party politics in a country can help us to understand the development of democratic politics in this country. But as an important neighbor of China, Japan's party politics has its own unique characteristics. Research on this should be of theoretical and practical significance. This thesis focuses on the basic characteristics of Japanese party politics from the perspective of the political party politics in Japan, on the basis of the previous academic research results, and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the Japanese party politics in the light of the historical evolution process. Trying to closely combine the description of history with the analysis of political science, and unifying the dynamic process and static induction, we should not only show the characteristics of the development of Japanese party politics in stages, Moreover, it is necessary to use the analysis of political science to summarize the basic characteristics of its reality, and on the basis of this analysis, we should look forward to the future of the development of democratic politics in Japan. This paper is mainly divided into three parts, one is the introduction part, mainly introduces the basic concepts, the significance of the research, research results and research methods at home and abroad. The second part is the main part of the paper, mainly divided into two parts to analyze the historical evolution of Japanese party politics and the basic characteristics and trends of Japanese party politics. The evolution of Japanese party politics mainly according to the early postwar, the five-year system period and the period of multi-party coalition to explain its development process and main characteristics in stages; The general characteristics of Japanese party politics are mainly to explain the characteristics and influencing factors of its faction politics, gold power politics, bureaucrat politics and so on. On this basis, the future trend of Japanese party politics is analyzed. Thirdly, through the analysis of Japanese party politics, the third part explores the development of Japanese democratic politics, and discusses the countermeasures of Japanese party politics to internationalization. These three parts focus closely on the evolution of Japanese party politics and its characteristics, which is compact in structure design and progressive in logic, which is to look for features in historical clues. Perspective the future in feature analysis.
