【摘要】：休閑具有多元化的潛在價(jià)值,如恢復(fù)體力、發(fā)展個(gè)性、提高審美能力、陶冶情操等,這些潛在價(jià)值只有與主體正確的選擇和積極的活動(dòng)相結(jié)合,才能轉(zhuǎn)化成現(xiàn)實(shí)的價(jià)值。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、訪談等方法,通過(guò)研究愛爾蘭中等收入核心家庭的小學(xué)生、中學(xué)生、十八歲以上孩子、家庭中母親、父親以及全家人的休閑活動(dòng),并分別從經(jīng)濟(jì)、意識(shí)形態(tài)、性別、職業(yè)、家庭、社會(huì)地位等角度分析,得出結(jié)論： 愛爾蘭小學(xué)生休閑活動(dòng)豐富多彩,主要有運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑、藝術(shù)類休閑、和小朋友玩以及看電視打游戲等。運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑占據(jù)小學(xué)生最多的閑暇時(shí)間,調(diào)查的小學(xué)生每一位都有運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑,小學(xué)男生每周參加體育運(yùn)動(dòng)平均是4次,女生是3.62次。男生參與藝術(shù)類休閑活動(dòng)有35%,女生達(dá)到90%。小學(xué)生每個(gè)人的休閑活動(dòng)都有和小朋友玩以及看電視。 中學(xué)生的閑暇時(shí)間較小學(xué)生少,休閑活動(dòng)主要以運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑為主,調(diào)查的中學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)參與率達(dá)到100%。他們每周平均運(yùn)動(dòng)的頻率可達(dá)到6次。中學(xué)階段已經(jīng)養(yǎng)成了體育運(yùn)動(dòng)的習(xí)慣。 18歲以上孩子主要的休閑活動(dòng)是運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑和酒吧休閑。 母親中有34.8%的婦女是家庭主婦,26.1%從事部分時(shí)間的工作,39.1%的母親有全職工作。家庭主婦運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑的參與率比部分時(shí)間工作和全職工作的母親要高。并且形成她們特有的休閑方式：白天孩子上學(xué)后一周2-3次和朋友喝咖啡聊天。母親們的休閑意識(shí)較強(qiáng),在照顧好孩子、家庭的前提下,為自己留下私有的時(shí)間從事自己喜歡的休閑活動(dòng)。她們的休閑活動(dòng)主要是運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑和朋友聚會(huì),有80%的母親參加有規(guī)律的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。有的母親甚至堅(jiān)持運(yùn)動(dòng)幾十年。 父親們的閑暇時(shí)間較母親要少,但是仍有68.2%的父親參加有規(guī)律的體育運(yùn)動(dòng)。除了運(yùn)動(dòng)休閑外,父親最喜歡的休閑活動(dòng)是觀看各種球類比賽。 周末和長(zhǎng)假期是全家一起休閑的時(shí)間。周末全家一起做禮拜、拜訪父母或朋友、一起運(yùn)動(dòng)、外出吃飯、看電影、看電視,開車去郊外海邊放松等。長(zhǎng)假期全家主要休閑活動(dòng)是旅游度假。通過(guò)全家的旅游和各種休閑活動(dòng)以達(dá)到放松身心,加強(qiáng)家人感情的目的。
[Abstract]:Leisure has a variety of potential values, such as restoring physical strength, developing personality, improving aesthetic ability, cultivating sentiment, and so on. These potential values can only be translated into realistic values if they are combined with the right choice and active activities of the subject. Using the methods of literature, interviews and so on, this paper studies the leisure activities of primary school students, middle school students, children over 18 years of age, mothers, fathers and the whole family of Irish middle-income nuclear families, respectively, from the point of view of economy, Through the analysis of ideology, gender, occupation, family and social status, it is concluded that the leisure activities of primary school students in Ireland are rich and colorful, mainly sports leisure, art leisure, playing games with children and watching TV games, and so on. Sports leisure occupies the most leisure time of primary school students, and every pupil in the survey has sports leisure. The average number of primary school boys participating in sports is 4 times a week, while that of girls is 3.62 times a week. 35% of boys participate in art leisure activities, and 90% of girls participate in leisure activities. Everyone's leisure activities in primary school students play with children and watch TV. The leisure time of middle school students is less than that of primary school students, the main leisure activities are sports leisure, and the sports participation rate of middle school students is 100%. They can exercise at an average frequency of up to six times a week. The habit of sports has been formed in the middle school. Sports and bar recreation are the main leisure activities for children over 18 years of age. 34.8% of mothers are housewives, 26.1% work part-time and 39.1% have full-time jobs. Housewives are more involved in sports leisure than mothers who work part-time and full-time. And form their own way of leisure: during the day, children have coffee 3 times a week after school and chat with their friends. Mothers have a strong sense of leisure, in taking care of their children, family premise, for their own private time to engage in leisure activities they like. Their leisure activities are mainly sports and friend gatherings, and 80% of mothers participate in regular sports. Some mothers even stick to sports for decades. Fathers have less leisure time than their mothers, but 68.2% of them still take part in regular sports. In addition to sports leisure, father's favorite leisure activities are to watch a variety of ball games. Weekends and long holidays are time for family leisure. On weekends the whole family goes to church, visits parents or friends, exercises, goes out to eat, watch movies, watch TV, drive to the outskirts of the seaside to relax and so on. The main leisure activity of the whole family during the long holiday is a tourist vacation. Through family travel and various leisure activities to relax the body and mind, strengthen the feelings of the family.
