【摘要】：社會福利制度與勞動力市場的關(guān)系圍繞勞動力的"商品化"與"去商品化"揭示了現(xiàn)代社會福利制度的本質(zhì)屬性,通過兩者關(guān)系擴(kuò)散開來能夠把握社會福利制度研究中的主要維度,同時(shí)以兩者關(guān)系向度和強(qiáng)度為中心維度還能夠進(jìn)行社會福利制度的理想類型研究。因此,社會福利制度與勞動力市場的關(guān)系是社會福利制度研究中的中軸原理。這一中軸原理又可操作化為社會福利制度與勞動力供給的關(guān)系、社會福利制度與勞動力流動的關(guān)系、社會福利制度與勞資關(guān)系問題三個(gè)維度。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the social welfare system and the labor market reveals the essential attributes of the modern social welfare system around the "commercialization" and "de-commercialization" of the labor force. Through the diffusion of the two relations, we can grasp the main dimensions in the study of social welfare system, and at the same time, we can study the ideal type of social welfare system by taking the direction and intensity of the two relations as the central dimension. Therefore, the relationship between social welfare system and labor market is the central principle in the study of social welfare system. This principle can be transformed into three dimensions: the relationship between social welfare system and labor force supply, the relationship between social welfare system and labor flow, and the relationship between social welfare system and labor relations.
