歐盟治理危機引起的嬗變與開辟的前景

【摘要】：歐元區(qū)債務危機及克服危機努力為一體化歷史罕見。歐盟建設在這個特別的歷史階段,出現(xiàn)新制度密集出臺、德國崛起與英國離心趨勢呈現(xiàn)、聯(lián)盟內(nèi)營壘劃分多樣、多種速度更加定型等新特點。三年救災奮戰(zhàn)已使歐元區(qū)危機2012年底出現(xiàn)緩解跡象,但在新的一年克服危機努力能否取得突破性進展,尚需觀察。
[Abstract]:Euro zone debt crisis and efforts to overcome it are rare for integration history. In this particular historical stage, the construction of the European Union is characterized by the intensive introduction of new systems, the rise of Germany and the centrifugal trend of Britain, the diversity of bases in the Union and the more stereotyped speed. Three years of disaster relief have shown signs of easing the crisis in the euro zone at the end of 2012, but it remains to be seen whether a breakthrough will be made in the new year's efforts to overcome the crisis.
