【摘要】：1991年哈薩克斯坦從蘇聯(lián)加盟國獨立出來,建立一個以哈薩克族為主體民族的國家。獨立初期,國內民族形勢混亂復雜,如何解決復雜的民族問題,正確處理民族關系,制定符合國情的民族政策是哈薩克斯坦建國后面臨的重要問題,也是我們值得密切關注和深入研究的課題。在經歷二十多年的發(fā)展,哈薩克斯坦結合蘇聯(lián)時期的民族理論與政策,吸收他國經驗,從本國國情出發(fā),制定了適合本國國情的新民族政策,值得我們反思和借鑒。
[Abstract]:Kazakhstan became independent from the Soviet Union in 1991 and established a nation dominated by the Kazakh people. In the early days of independence, the domestic ethnic situation was chaotic and complicated. How to solve the complex ethnic problems, correctly handle ethnic relations, and formulate policies suitable to the national conditions are important problems facing Kazakhstan after the founding of the people's Republic of China. Is also worth our close attention and in-depth study of the subject. After more than 20 years of development, Kazakhstan combined with the national theories and policies of the Soviet Union, absorbed the experience of other countries, set out a new national policy suitable for its own national conditions, which is worthy of our reflection and reference.
