意識形態(tài)視閾下美國對社會主義國家的難民政策研究

【摘要】：美國是當(dāng)今世界上意識形態(tài)色彩最濃厚的國家,美國的對外政策深受意識形態(tài)的影響,作為美國重要對外政策之一的難民政策,多年來被美國用來損毀社會主義國家形象,并將其視為顛覆社會主義政權(quán)的重要工具,充分暴露了美國強烈的反共意識形態(tài)和自二戰(zhàn)持續(xù)至今的冷戰(zhàn)思維。目前,透過難民政策映射出的美國意識形態(tài)對我國多個領(lǐng)域帶來了明顯的負(fù)面影響。所以,加強中國意識形態(tài)安全建設(shè),抑制美國意識形態(tài)入侵顯得尤為必要。 首先,論文從意識形態(tài)的基本理論著手,介紹了美國意識形態(tài)的特點及構(gòu)成,并在此基礎(chǔ)上論證了美國意識形態(tài)與對外政策的關(guān)系,以美國的人權(quán)外交和對外干預(yù)在外交政策中的表現(xiàn)為例,剖析了美國如何將意識形態(tài)作用于外交實踐。 .其次,探究了美國自建國開始,美國難民政策的演變歷程。并以蘇聯(lián)東歐、古巴、越南和中國為例,開展了美國對社會主義國家難民接收政策的個案研究,還原了歷史原貌,揭示了美國在反共意識形態(tài)主導(dǎo)下和平演變中國的險惡用心。并探討了美國企圖利用難民顛覆社會主義國家政權(quán)的方式和手段。包括提供資金和武器、利用難民回國從事諜報活動、從事有損于社會主義的負(fù)面宣傳活動,甚至直接策劃發(fā)動軍事斗爭。 再次,深度剖析了美國對社會主義國家難民政策的本質(zhì),深入論證了難民政策與反共意識形態(tài)之間的邏輯機理。最后得出了：美國對社會主義國家難民政策的主導(dǎo)思想是反共意識形態(tài)這一判斷。 最后,提出了加強中國意識形態(tài)安全建設(shè)的對策建議,指出馬克思主義的人權(quán)觀、國際政治觀是抵御西方消極文化入侵和意識形態(tài)滲透的最有力武器。探究了如何堅持馬克思主義意識形態(tài)建設(shè)和加強全民思想政治教育建設(shè),妥善對待兩制斗爭下的意識形態(tài)分歧,堅固愛國主義堡壘。并就如何控制“難民”和非法移民問題,提出了相應(yīng)的對策思路。
[Abstract]:The United States is the most ideological country in the world today, and its foreign policy is deeply influenced by ideology. As one of the important foreign policies of the United States, the refugee policy has been used by the United States for many years to damage the image of the socialist country. It is regarded as an important tool to subvert the socialist regime, which fully exposes the strong anti-Communist ideology and the Cold War mentality since the second World War. At present, the American ideology reflected through the refugee policy has brought obvious negative effects to many fields of our country. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of Chinese ideology security and restrain the invasion of American ideology. First of all, the thesis introduces the characteristics and composition of American ideology from the basic theory of ideology, and on this basis demonstrates the relationship between American ideology and foreign policy. Taking the performance of human rights diplomacy and foreign intervention in foreign policy as an example, this paper analyzes how the American ideology plays a role in diplomatic practice. . Secondly, it explores the evolution of American refugee policy since the founding of the United States. Taking Eastern Europe, Cuba, Vietnam and China as examples, the case study of the United States' policy of accepting refugees from socialist countries has been carried out, which has restored the historical appearance and revealed the sinister intentions of the United States in the peaceful evolution of China under the guidance of anti-Communist ideology. It also discusses the ways and means that the United States attempts to subvert the socialist state power by using refugees. These include the provision of funds and weapons, the use of refugees back for espionage, negative propaganda activities detrimental to socialism, and even direct planning to launch a military struggle. Thirdly, it deeply analyzes the essence of American refugee policy towards socialist countries, and demonstrates the logical mechanism between refugee policy and anti-communist ideology. Finally, it comes to the conclusion that the leading thought of American refugee policy in socialist countries is anti-Communist ideology. Finally, the author puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the construction of China's ideological security, and points out that the Marxist view of human rights and the view of international politics are the most powerful weapons to resist the invasion of western negative culture and the infiltration of ideology. This paper probes into how to adhere to the construction of Marxist ideology and strengthen the ideological and political education of the whole people, properly deal with the ideological differences under the struggle between the two systems, and strengthen the bastion of patriotism. How to control the problem of "refugees" and illegal immigrants is put forward.
