【摘要】：正6月16日,菲律賓最大的反政府武裝組織"摩洛伊斯蘭解放陣線"(簡稱"摩伊解")在菲南棉蘭老島舉行的"繳械"儀式上交出75件武器,以示解除武裝的決心。阿基諾總統(tǒng)亦借此呼吁國會盡快審議通過讓菲南自治的法案,希望能在明年卸任之前,完成與"摩伊解"的和平進(jìn)程。但這次"繳械"是否只是象征性的動作仍令人懷疑。實際上,去年3月27日,阿基諾政府曾與"摩伊解"正式簽署全面和平協(xié)議,宣布結(jié)束雙方
[Abstract]:On June 16, the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), the largest rebel group in the Philippines, handed over 75 weapons to show its resolve to disarm at a ceremony in Mindanao, Philippines. President Aquino also called on Congress to pass a bill on autonomy for Fernan as soon as possible, hoping to complete the peace process with Moi before leaving office next year. But it remains doubtful whether the disarming is merely symbolic. In fact, on 27 March last year, the Aquino Government formally signed a comprehensive peace agreement with Moi and declared the end of the two sides.
