【摘要】：憲制選擇與民主鞏固的關(guān)系是民主化研究領(lǐng)域中的核心論題。本文選取巴西這一經(jīng)典案例對(duì)此予以深入考察。從對(duì)巴西民主崩潰的擔(dān)憂到對(duì)巴西民主日漸鞏固的確認(rèn),學(xué)界對(duì)巴西憲政體制的評(píng)價(jià)也幾乎給出了截然相反的判斷。本文通過考察巴西憲制選擇的現(xiàn)實(shí)邏輯以及具體的制度安排之于民主鞏固的多重影響,反思民主鞏固學(xué)中的制度主義學(xué)派的研究方法和取向,以期為既有的民主鞏固學(xué)提供新的知識(shí)增量。
[Abstract]:The relationship between constitutional choice and democratic consolidation is the core topic in the field of democratization research. This article selects Brazil this classic case to carry on the thorough investigation to this. From the concern about the collapse of Brazilian democracy to the confirmation of the gradual consolidation of Brazilian democracy, scholars have almost made a diametrically opposite judgment on Brazil's constitutional system. By examining the realistic logic of Brazil's constitutional choice and the influence of specific institutional arrangements on the consolidation of democracy, this paper reflects on the research methods and orientations of the institutionalism school in the field of democratic consolidation. In order to provide new knowledge increment for the existing democratic consolidation.
