【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束以后,日本社會(huì)思潮逐漸右轉(zhuǎn),右傾化思潮泛濫,在日本政壇、輿論、社會(huì)思想意識(shí)中,右派勢(shì)力普遍得勢(shì)。公開(kāi)或者暗中否定侵略歷史,美化侵略戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)的情況具有相當(dāng)廣泛性,牽制右傾化的社會(huì)力量日趨減少。民主黨執(zhí)政后,嚴(yán)重的右傾化政策成為日本社會(huì)近兩年來(lái)右傾化的集中反映。安倍晉三率領(lǐng)的自民黨再次奪取政權(quán),日本社會(huì)政治右傾色彩進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。日本二元社會(huì)與政治結(jié)構(gòu)是推動(dòng)日本政治右傾化的要因。日本經(jīng)濟(jì)長(zhǎng)期衰退、輿論片面宣傳以及日本政府、政黨和政治家的狹隘戰(zhàn)略等也是促進(jìn)日本政治、社會(huì)右傾化的多重因素。日本政治右傾化具有危險(xiǎn)的前景,但在中短時(shí)期內(nèi),日本還不至于走上軍國(guó)主義的擴(kuò)張道路,和平發(fā)展仍然是目前日本社會(huì)發(fā)展的主流,但不排除在右傾化社會(huì)潮流的推動(dòng)下,日本將可能滑向同中國(guó)全面對(duì)抗的發(fā)展方向。中國(guó)的對(duì)日談判目標(biāo)不能簡(jiǎn)單地要求"承認(rèn)爭(zhēng)議"、"取消購(gòu)島合同"乃至"恢復(fù)原狀",而是直接要求日本放棄殖民主義侵略思維,遵守《開(kāi)羅宣言》和《波茨坦公告》精神,歸還中國(guó)釣魚(yú)島及其附屬島嶼的主權(quán)。盡管這種目標(biāo)在目前還無(wú)法達(dá)到,但中國(guó)必須明確提出這個(gè)總目標(biāo),然后再提出階段性目標(biāo)。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, the Japanese social trend of thought gradually turned right, the right trend of thought overflowed, in the Japanese politics, the public opinion, the social ideology, the right faction force generally gained the power. The history of aggression is openly or secretly denied, the situation of war of aggression beautified is quite extensive, and the power of restraining rightist society is decreasing day by day. After the Democratic Party came into power, the serious rightist policy has become a concentrated reflection of Japanese society in the past two years. Shinzo Abe's Liberal Democratic Party once again seized power, Japan's social and political right-leaning color further strengthened. The dual social and political structure of Japan is the main reason to push the rightist of Japanese politics. Japan's long economic recession, one-sided propaganda by public opinion and the narrow strategy of the Japanese government, political parties and politicians are also the factors that promote the rightist of Japanese politics and society. The right-leaning of Japanese politics has dangerous prospects, but in the short and medium term, Japan will not embark on the path of militaristic expansion. Peaceful development is still the mainstream of Japanese social development at present, but it is not excluded from the push of the right-leaning social trend. Japan will likely slide towards a full-scale confrontation with China. China's goal of negotiations with Japan cannot simply demand "recognition of disputes", "cancellation of the island purchase contract" or even "restoration of the status quo ante", but rather a direct demand that Japan give up its colonial aggression thinking and abide by the spirit of the Cairo Declaration and the Potsdam Proclamation. To return China's sovereignty over the Diaoyu Islands and its affiliated islands. Although this target is not yet achievable, China must clearly state the overall goal and then set a phased target.
