俄羅斯國家安全戰(zhàn)略的變遷與思考

【摘要】：蘇聯(lián)解體20多年來,俄羅斯頒布過4次關(guān)于國家安全戰(zhàn)略的文件。從俄美"蜜月期"降溫的1997年《俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家安全構(gòu)想》,到科索沃危機催生的2000年《俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家安全構(gòu)想》,從南奧塞梯事件后與美欲重修舊好的2009年《2020年前俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家安全戰(zhàn)略》,到烏克蘭危機以來俄美落入冰點關(guān)系的2015年《2020年前俄羅斯聯(lián)邦國家安全戰(zhàn)略》,其中盡數(shù)跌宕起伏,烽煙滾滾�；厮荻砹_斯國家安全戰(zhàn)略的變化,可以從另一角度檢視出西方"普世價值"的偽善與陰險。西方倡導的"普世價值"不過是霸權(quán)主義打著全人類價值旗號,維護其霸權(quán)地位、單極世界的實用工具。
[Abstract]:Russia has issued four documents on its national security strategy since the collapse of the Soviet Union more than 20 years ago.
