【摘要】：正從2011年底俄羅斯國家杜馬選舉至2012年春總統(tǒng)大選前后,俄國內(nèi)政治氣候發(fā)生改變,各方紛紛預(yù)測(cè)普京總統(tǒng)第三任期可能在執(zhí)政理念方面出現(xiàn)較大的調(diào)整。但分析普京新任總統(tǒng)以來所推行的政治體制改革以及對(duì)國家公共政治空間的整控,可以得出結(jié)論:普京的民主理念并沒有改變,普京新政
[Abstract]:The domestic political climate is changing from the election of the Russian State Duma in late 2011 to the presidential election in the spring of 2012. However, the analysis of the political system reform and the control of the country's public political space since Putin's new president can conclude that Putin's democratic concept has not changed, and Putin's new policy has not changed.
