[Abstract]:Being invited to the Board of Directors of the United Nations Foundation, I went to Russia and the United States in July and October 2013, respectively, and travelled to four cities: St. Petersburg, Moscow, Washington and New York. In the summer, I took a train from St. Petersburg to Moscow, across the vast, forested Russian land of Europe, and in late autumn I took a train from Washington to New York, and along the Atlantic Ocean I saw the forests of the eastern coast of the United States dyed.
