【摘要】：正美國的市縣合并是縣與其地域內(nèi)的一個市(通常是中心城市)合并為新的、有統(tǒng)一政府的行為。據(jù)美國縣聯(lián)(National Association of Counties,簡稱NACo)2012年的最新統(tǒng)計,自1805年至今,美國共發(fā)生了41例成功的市縣合并,這個數(shù)量只占美國縣政府總數(shù)的1%和市政府總數(shù)的0.24%。2即便如此,市縣合并還是被視為一場觸及美國政治體制的革命,因為它改變了幾百年來美國習以為常的政府設置常態(tài),與美
[Abstract]:The consolidation of cities and counties in the United States is the act of merging a county with a city (usually a central city) within its territory into a new, unified government. According to the latest statistics from the United States County Federation (National Association of Counties,) in 2012, since 1805, there have been 41 successful city and county mergers in the United States, accounting for only 1% of the total number of county governments in the United States and 0.24.2% of the total number of municipal governments. The merger of cities and counties is still seen as a revolution that touches on the political system of the United States, because it has changed the normality of the government that the United States has been accustomed to for hundreds of years, with the United States.
