【摘要】：資產(chǎn)為本的干預(yù)理念在國(guó)外扶貧和救助領(lǐng)域已經(jīng)有很多年的實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),并取得了很多良好的成效,但這一干預(yù)理念運(yùn)用在中國(guó)大陸社會(huì)救助領(lǐng)域的經(jīng)驗(yàn)還很缺乏。本文首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹資產(chǎn)為本的干預(yù)的基本概念和發(fā)展過(guò)程,而后對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)的干預(yù)項(xiàng)目及其研究進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要總結(jié)歸納,最后通過(guò)介紹上海市G機(jī)構(gòu)的一項(xiàng)試驗(yàn)性研究,以上海市P區(qū)低保家庭為服務(wù)對(duì)象,具體分享如何發(fā)展和設(shè)計(jì)出一項(xiàng)資產(chǎn)為本的干預(yù)研究和服務(wù),以期豐富這一領(lǐng)域的實(shí)證研究,特別是基于實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)的定量研究。
[Abstract]:The concept of asset based intervention has many years of practical experience in the field of poverty alleviation and relief abroad, and has achieved many good results. However, the experience of applying the concept of intervention in the field of social assistance in mainland China is still very short. This paper first briefly introduces the basic concept and development process of asset based intervention, then summarizes the relevant intervention projects and their studies at home and abroad, and finally introduces a pilot study of Shanghai G institution. In order to enrich the empirical research, especially the quantitative research based on experimental design, this paper focuses on how to develop and design an asset based intervention study and service.
