【摘要】：19世紀(jì)美國(guó)大陸邊疆的向西移動(dòng),對(duì)民主政治的建立和推行提供了必要的安全條件和經(jīng)濟(jì)保障,形成了對(duì)民主政治起到催化劑作用的特性文化。同時(shí),對(duì)民眾民主政治觀念產(chǎn)生了積極影響,自由生存、平等競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的觀念成為社會(huì)的必然和民主政治的重要內(nèi)容,而且使政治民主的意識(shí)從靜態(tài)的個(gè)體或小群體凝合為流動(dòng)的集體意識(shí),強(qiáng)化了全美社會(huì)的民主政治觀念,加速了以反奴隸制和女權(quán)運(yùn)動(dòng)為代表的民主主義精神的發(fā)展。移民在拓荒過(guò)程中運(yùn)用多數(shù)決定原則和契約關(guān)系構(gòu)建的法律制度和公共權(quán)利,使美國(guó)的民主政治有了源自基層的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),并逐步演變?yōu)楦黜?xiàng)社會(huì)制度的核心內(nèi)容
[Abstract]:The westward movement of the continental frontier of the United States in the 19th century provided the necessary security conditions and economic guarantees for the establishment and implementation of democratic politics, and formed a characteristic culture that played a catalytic role in democratic politics. At the same time, it has had a positive impact on the concept of democratic politics among the populace. The concept of free survival and equal competition has become an inevitable part of society and an important part of democratic politics. Moreover, by changing the consciousness of political democracy from a static individual or a small group to a flowing collective consciousness, the democratic political concept in the United States has been strengthened, and the democratic spirit represented by anti-slavery and feminist movements has been accelerated. The legal system and public rights constructed by the principle of majority determination and the contractual relationship between immigrants in the pioneering process have made the democratic politics of the United States have a solid foundation from the grass-roots level, and gradually evolved into the core content of the various social systems.
