【摘要】：政治基金會(huì)是德國(guó)智庫(kù)中比較特殊的一類,一方面具有獨(dú)立于政府的身份,另一方面又與各大政黨有著親緣關(guān)系。由于其特殊的屬性,德國(guó)政治基金會(huì)的海外機(jī)構(gòu)工作十分活躍并產(chǎn)生重要作用。德國(guó)政治基金會(huì)在中國(guó)建立了五個(gè)常駐機(jī)構(gòu),其工作方式頗具特點(diǎn),活動(dòng)方式多樣化,合作伙伴多元化。以特殊的角色定位為基礎(chǔ),以系統(tǒng)化的交往為手段,德國(guó)政治基金會(huì)的海外機(jī)構(gòu)成為德國(guó)對(duì)華公共外交的重要載體之一,并在德國(guó)形象的塑造和傳播以及中德關(guān)系的發(fā)展中產(chǎn)生重大影響。
[Abstract]:The political Foundation is a special kind of German think-tank. On the one hand, it is independent of the government, on the other hand, it is related to the major political parties. Due to its special attributes, the German political Foundation's overseas work is very active and important. The German political Foundation has established five resident offices in China. On the basis of special role orientation and systematic communication, the overseas institutions of the German political Foundation have become one of the important carriers of Germany's public diplomacy with China. And in the shaping and dissemination of the image of Germany and the development of Sino-German relations have a major impact.
