【摘要】：美國是全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息技術(shù)的發(fā)源地,長期以來美國企業(yè)、政府、科研機(jī)構(gòu)相互攜手主導(dǎo)著全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間技術(shù)和產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。近年來隨著中國等發(fā)展中國家互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的全面普及和網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速崛起,以及歐洲等國試圖通過數(shù)字一體化擺脫對美國網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息產(chǎn)業(yè)的過度依賴,美國主導(dǎo)全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間發(fā)展的格局正面臨挑戰(zhàn)。2016年11月,美國總統(tǒng)大選結(jié)果即將揭曉,兩位候選人希拉里·克林頓和唐納德·特朗普的網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息政策形成諸多反差,不同的立場反映出新一屆政府的政策優(yōu)先權(quán),對未來美國乃至全球網(wǎng)絡(luò)空間創(chuàng)新發(fā)展和安全治理都將產(chǎn)生重大的影響。
[Abstract]:The United States is the birthplace of global network information technology. For a long time, American enterprises, governments and scientific research institutions have jointly led the development process of global cyberspace technology and industry. In recent years, with the overall popularity of the Internet and the rapid rise of the network information industry in China and other developing countries, and Europe and other countries trying to get rid of the excessive dependence on the United States network information industry through digital integration. The US leadership of global cyberspace is facing challenges. In November 2016, the results of the presidential election in the United States are about to be announced, the two candidates Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump's cyber-information policy are in many contrast. Different positions reflect the policy priorities of the new administration and will have a significant impact on the future development of cyberspace innovation and security governance in the United States and even the world.
