【摘要】：歐盟在中東北非(MENA)的民主促進實質(zhì)上是以歐洲社會權(quán)力生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)為模式改造MENA社會權(quán)力生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)的外部民主化過程。這實際上形成了兩種權(quán)力生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)在MENA地區(qū)的互構(gòu),互構(gòu)過程中產(chǎn)生了與原來社會權(quán)力生態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)相銜接的民主本土化。本文通過歐盟在MENA民主促進效果的分析,指出以歐洲的民主標(biāo)準(zhǔn)改造MENA社會必然造成這一地區(qū)的持續(xù)動蕩。歐盟要真正改善MENA民主促進效果,應(yīng)該承認(rèn)民主本土化是一種有利于MENA民主化進程的可行性選擇。
[Abstract]:The Democratic promotion of the EU (MENA) in central and northeast Africa is essentially an external democratization process of transforming the ecological structure of MENA social power based on the ecological structure of European social power, which actually forms the mutual construction of two kinds of power ecological structures in the region of MENA, and produces a democracy that is connected with the original social power ecological structure in the process of mutual construction. Localization. Through the analysis of the European Union's effect on the promotion of democracy in MENA, this paper points out that the transformation of MENA society with European democratic standards will inevitably lead to the continued turbulence in this region. The EU should truly improve the effect of MENA democracy promotion, and it should be recognized that democratic localization is a feasible choice for the process of MENA democratization.
