【摘要】：正本文嘗試從國家層面考察美國政府信息公開的總體狀況,并以一個城市為案例,具體研究美國地方政府信息公開的體制和運(yùn)行情況,以期達(dá)到全面了解、深入體察美國政府信息公開情況的目的。自2008年5月1日起《中華人民共和國政府信息公開條例》開始實(shí)施以來,關(guān)于政府信息公開的需求量呈現(xiàn)井噴現(xiàn)象,一方面政府機(jī)構(gòu)投入了大量的時間和精力去答復(fù)各類申請,另一方面社會公眾對政府信息公開的情況并不滿意,投訴、復(fù)議和訴訟不斷增加,行政糾紛占比逐年增大。政府信息
[Abstract]:This paper is trying to investigate the general situation of US government information disclosure from the national level, and taking a city as a case, to study concretely the system and operation of local government information disclosure in the United States, in order to achieve a comprehensive understanding. To gain insight into the disclosure of government information in the United States. Since the implementation of the regulations of the people's Republic of China on the disclosure of government information on May 1, 2008, the demand for disclosure of government information has been blowout. On the one hand, government agencies have invested a great deal of time and energy in answering various applications. On the other hand, the public is not satisfied with the disclosure of government information.
