【摘要】：發(fā)生在美國的齊默爾曼案因涉及種族問題引起各界高度關(guān)注。不少中文媒體將齊默爾曼的身份譯為"協(xié)警"。這一翻譯存在誤譯,其原因在于一是新聞翻譯時間倉促;二是譯者對美國警察制度缺乏了解;三是對譯語一詞多義現(xiàn)象處理疏忽。齊默爾曼身份的正確譯法是社區(qū)守望協(xié)調(diào)員或鄰里守望協(xié)調(diào)員。為避免在類似的翻譯中發(fā)生誤義,譯者應(yīng)當(dāng)以嚴(yán)格的職業(yè)操守要求自己,充分了解目標(biāo)語國家與源語國家存在的制度差異,并慎重處理一詞多義現(xiàn)象。
[Abstract]:The Zimmerman case in the United States caused great concern for the racial problems. Many Chinese media translated Zimmerman's identity into the "police officer". The translation existed mistranslation due to the hasty time of the news translation; two was the translator's lack of understanding of the American police system; and the three was the neglect of the polysemous phenomenon of the word "translators". The correct translation of Zimmerman's identity is a community watch coordinator or a neighborhood watch coordinator. In order to avoid missense in similar translation, the translator should ask himself strictly for his professional ethics, fully understand the institutional differences between the target language countries and the source language countries, and carefully deal with the polysemy of the word.
