[Abstract]:Today, the United States is a political pluralistic society. The political interaction between interest groups and administrative agencies is an important part of American political life. It has a profound influence on the political process of the United States. Any administrative rules and regulations in the United States are the result of the political interaction between the interest group and the administrative agencies. The close relationship between the American interest groups and the administrative institutions has been an indisputable fact, no matter what the people's attitude to outside activities and political contributions, the essential part of American political life, and the pattern of relations has tended to be fixed. Based on the dialectical materialism and historical materialism, the interest groups and the administrative machines are on the basis of dialectical materialism and historical materialism.
