【摘要】：正新的總統(tǒng)有很多決策要做,很多新的政策要實(shí)施。雖然還需要長達(dá)數(shù)月來組建自己的團(tuán)隊(duì),但他們一上臺(tái),就會(huì)被白宮內(nèi)外的大量專家包圍,遞交各種過渡性文件和方案。但事實(shí)上,這些過渡性的文件都不會(huì)被閱讀,更不會(huì)被實(shí)施。新的總統(tǒng)有些議程必須要做,如常規(guī)事項(xiàng)安排、遺留問題以及外界較為緊迫的事項(xiàng)�，F(xiàn)實(shí)有它自己的議程,雖然特朗普追求變化,但也不得不執(zhí)行。
[Abstract]:The new president has many decisions to make and many new policies to implement. It will take months to form their own team, but as soon as they take office, they will be surrounded by a large number of experts inside and outside the White House, presenting a variety of transitional documents and proposals. But in fact, these transitional documents will not be read, let alone implemented. The new president has some agenda to work on, such as routine arrangements, legacy issues, and more pressing external issues. Reality has its own agenda, and while Trump seeks change, he also has to implement it.
