【摘要】：戰(zhàn)后初期日本由于受到戰(zhàn)敗國身份的限制,選擇了低姿態(tài)"專守防衛(wèi)"的防御型戰(zhàn)略。但隨著日本經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)力復(fù)蘇和美日聯(lián)盟的強(qiáng)化,國內(nèi)政治保守化傾向驅(qū)動著日本不斷膨脹對外擴(kuò)張的欲望。冷戰(zhàn)后日本政府開始不斷嘗試突破《和平憲法》的約束,試圖恢復(fù)到所謂的"正常國家"地位。以外交政策的建構(gòu)主義理論為視角,著眼于外交政策的理論分析層次,研究日本防衛(wèi)政策的演變和調(diào)整就更具有解釋力。日本防衛(wèi)政策的形成與演變經(jīng)歷了依美的共同防衛(wèi)到專守防衛(wèi)乃至擴(kuò)張型防衛(wèi)戰(zhàn)略的三個歷史發(fā)展階段。在建構(gòu)主義理論作為分析框架基礎(chǔ)上,凝聚身份、規(guī)范以及認(rèn)知三個變量因素論述了日本防衛(wèi)政策的調(diào)整動因。
[Abstract]:In the early days of the war, Japan was restricted by the status of the defeated country and chose the defensive strategy of "defensive defense" with a low attitude. However, with the revival of Japanese economic strength and the strengthening of the United States and Japan alliance, the tendency of domestic political conservatism drives Japan's desire to expand foreign expansion constantly. After the cold war, the Japanese government began to try to break through the peace constitution continuously. It tries to restore to the so-called "normal state" status. It takes the constructivist theory of foreign policy as the angle of view, focuses on the theoretical analysis of foreign policy, and studies the evolution and adjustment of Japanese defense policy. The formation and evolution of Japanese defense policy has experienced the joint defense of the United States to the defence and even the expansion of defense policy. The three historical development stages of the defense strategy of the Zhang type. On the basis of the constructivist theory as an analytical framework, the reasons for the adjustment of Japan's defense policy are discussed by three variables: identity, standardization and cognition.
