【摘要】：正日本的現(xiàn)代福利制度是在二戰(zhàn)后隨同國(guó)家建設(shè)和社會(huì)重建而逐步發(fā)展形成的,從形成路徑來(lái)看,大致經(jīng)歷了濟(jì)貧性國(guó)家福利的構(gòu)建、從國(guó)家福利向社會(huì)福利轉(zhuǎn)化以及從社會(huì)福利向社區(qū)福利深化三個(gè)邏輯轉(zhuǎn)移階段。根據(jù)東京大學(xué)武川正吾教授的觀點(diǎn),日本社區(qū)福利制度發(fā)展可以劃分三個(gè)歷史階段:第一階段是社會(huì)福利協(xié)議會(huì)主導(dǎo)時(shí)期(1970至1980年代),社區(qū)福利服務(wù)主要是以
[Abstract]:Japan's modern welfare system was gradually developed after World War II along with the national construction and social reconstruction. From the perspective of the formation path, it has roughly experienced the construction of the national welfare of the poor. There are three logical stages of transformation from state welfare to social welfare and from social welfare to community welfare. According to Professor Masako Takagawa of the University of Tokyo, the development of the Japanese community welfare system can be divided into three historical stages: the first stage is the dominant period of the Social Welfare Agreement between the 1970s and the 1980s.
