【摘要】： 歷史上,越南一直是一個(gè)貧窮落后的國家,近代又受到接近百年的殖民統(tǒng)治。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、世界各國的發(fā)展日新月異的浪潮下,越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、文化的發(fā)展面臨重大的抉擇。 在發(fā)展的十字路口,越南共產(chǎn)黨在社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的探索和改進(jìn)的基礎(chǔ)上,為徹底解決國內(nèi)國外的困境,開始了革新開放的艱苦路程,在經(jīng)歷了無數(shù)的反復(fù)和錯(cuò)誤后,越南找到了切實(shí)符合自己國情的發(fā)展道路。面對(duì)國內(nèi)國際的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),越南面臨的困難和挑戰(zhàn)是顯然易見的,但是越南共產(chǎn)黨頂住了壓力,在短短的幾年的改革歷程中,越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)政治方面都得到了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展,一躍成為東南亞地區(qū)發(fā)展最為迅猛的國家,特別是2007年1月11日,越南成為世界貿(mào)易組織第150個(gè)成員國。有些新聞媒體甚至預(yù)測(cè)它將成為“亞洲新的小龍”。越南的經(jīng)濟(jì)革新和對(duì)外開放引起了國際社會(huì)的矚目,越南在國際社會(huì)中的地位也與日俱增。越南和中國同屬于社會(huì)主義國家,越南的革新開放在一定程度上借鑒了中國改革開放的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn),但是其中也有不同。研究越南的革新開放,對(duì)于完善中國社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì),加快政治體制改革步伐具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。
[Abstract]:In history, Vietnam has been a poor and backward country, and has been under colonial rule for nearly a hundred years in modern times. Under the tide of economic globalization and the rapid development of various countries in the world, Vietnam's economic, political and cultural development is facing a great choice. At the crossroads of development, the Communist Party of Vietnam, on the basis of the exploration and improvement of socialist construction, began the arduous journey of innovation and opening to the outside world in order to thoroughly solve the difficulties at home and abroad. After experiencing numerous iterations and mistakes, Vietnam has found a development path that is in line with its own national conditions. In the face of domestic and international competition, the difficulties and challenges faced by Vietnam are obviously easy to see. However, the Communist Party of Vietnam has withstood the pressure, and in the course of short years of reform, Vietnam's economy and politics have made considerable progress. Vietnam became the 150th member of the World Trade Organization (WTO) on January 11, 2007. Some news media even predicted it would become the new Asian dragon. Vietnam's economic innovation and opening to the outside world have attracted the attention of the international community. Vietnam and China both belong to socialist countries, Vietnam's innovation and opening up to some extent draw lessons from China's reform and opening up, but there are also differences. It is of practical significance to study the reform and opening up of Vietnam for perfecting China's socialist market economy and speeding up the pace of political system reform.
